The Autoclave 10SM and 20SM Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves are the largest-port valves available for medium pressure applications, offering exceptional durability and precise control. With tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1", these valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design with a non-rotating stem to prevent galling. The metal-to-metal seating ensures bubble-tight shut-off, extended stem/seat life, and excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, the PTFE encapsulated packing provides reliable stem and body sealing. Suitable for high flow applications, these valves come in a choice of Vee or Regulating stem tip, making them ideal for industrial and institutional use.
