The Autoclave 30VM Series High Pressure Needle Valves are precision-engineered to meet the exacting demands of high-pressure applications. With tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 9/16" and a non-rotating stem to prevent stem/seat galling, these valves offer superior performance and longevity. The metal-to-metal seating ensures bubble-tight shut-off, extended stem/seat life, and excellent corrosion resistance. Equipped with PTFE (Teflon) encapsulated packing for dependable sealing, these valves feature materials selected for extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque.
