The Autoclave 30VM-SOGWO Series High Pressure Sour Service Valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design with metal-to-metal seating for bubble-tight shut-off and enhanced durability. These valves boast excellent corrosion resistance, longer stem/seat life in abrasive flow, and dependable PTFE encapsulated packing for reliable stem and body sealing. Designed for SOG service, the solid one-piece stem ensures economic operation. With optional non-rotating stem assembly available, the stem and packing gland materials are optimized for extended thread cycle life. Complemented by a complete line of high pressure fittings, tubing, and check valves with coned-and-threaded connections, these valves are ideal for dependable performance in diverse conditions.

Standard travel ranges are available from 6" to 65" and available in a choice of lead screw pitches. The 0.5" lead screw pitch is intended for most general purpose applications, and the 1.0" pitch version is intended for high speed positioning. SlickStick includes the standard NEMA 17 motor mount designed for stepper motors to quickly get the actuator moving. Larger NEMA 23 motor mount flange is available for higher performance requirements.Optional home and travel limit sensors are available. Gantry attachment is simplified for multi-axis installations using the standardized XY bracket. Service and repair parts are available in a kit of parts to extend the service life of the actuator.
