The Autoclave 60VM Series High Pressure Needle Valves are designed for high-pressure applications, with tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 9/16" and a maximum pressure rating of 60,000 PSI (4140 bar). Featuring a non-rotating stem to prevent stem/seat galling, metal-to-metal seating for bubble-tight shut-off, and exceptional corrosion resistance, these valves ensure reliable performance. The valves also come with nylon/leather packing below threads for dependable sealing, extended thread cycle life, reduced handle torque, and a choice of Vee or Regulating stem tips.
