The Autoclave 60VM-SOGWO Series High Pressure Sour Service Valves are designed for demanding high-pressure applications, featuring a rising stem/barstock body design for enhanced durability. With metal-to-metal seating ensuring bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem/seat life, and excellent corrosion resistance, these valves are ideal for abrasive flow environments. The PTFE encapsulated packing provides reliable stem and body sealing while the solid, one-piece stem offers economic value for SOG service. Optional non-rotating stem assembly is available, and the stem and packing gland materials are selected to optimize thread cycle life. These valves are complemented by high pressure fittings, tubing, and check valves, all utilizing Autoclave's high pressure coned-and-threaded connections for superior performance in various conditions.

Standard travel ranges are available from 6" to 65" and available in a choice of lead screw pitches. The 0.5" lead screw pitch is intended for most general purpose applications, and the 1.0" pitch version is intended for high speed positioning. SlickStick includes the standard NEMA 17 motor mount designed for stepper motors to quickly get the actuator moving. Larger NEMA 23 motor mount flange is available for higher performance requirements.Optional home and travel limit sensors are available. Gantry attachment is simplified for multi-axis installations using the standardized XY bracket. Service and repair parts are available in a kit of parts to extend the service life of the actuator.
