The Autoclave Engineers Y Series Yoke Needle Valves are heavy-duty plant-grade instrument valves designed for industrial and severe service applications. These yoke valves boast low closing torque for easy operation and are compatible with Autoclave medium and high-pressure tubing and fittings. Featuring a rising stem/barstock body design, non-rotating stem for preventing stem/seat galling, and metal-to-metal seating for bubble-tight shutoff and excellent corrosion resistance, these valves ensure longevity and durability in abrasive flow conditions. The PTFE encapsulated packing provides dependable stem and body sealing, while the choice of Vee or Regulating stem tips, along with optional materials for cryogenic applications, make these valves versatile for various settings.
