The Autoclave QS Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves are engineered for maximum performance in high-pressure applications, with a pressure rating up to 15000 psi. Featuring a rising stem/barstock body design and non-rotating stem to prevent galling, these valves offer exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The metal-to-metal seating ensures a bubble-tight shut-off, extended stem/seat life, and excellent resistance to abrasive flow, while the PTFE encapsulated packing provides reliable sealing. With a choice of Vee or Regulating stem tip, these valves are designed for repeated on/off cycles and provide ease of installation and maintenance.
