The Autoclave QS Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves are designed to meet the demanding needs of high-pressure applications in both consumer and institutional settings. With a pressure rating of 15000 psi (10342 bar) and tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 3/4", these valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design for durability. The non-rotating stem prevents stem/seat galling, while the molybdenum disulfide coated gland nuts ensure longevity. The metal-to-metal seating provides bubble-tight shut-off and excellent corrosion resistance. These valves also feature PTFE encapsulated packing for dependable sealing, making them ideal for repeated on/off cycles. Autoclave's Quick Set compression sleeve design ensures fast, reliable performance in liquid or gas service.
