The Autoclave Universal Safety Heads, known as Safety Heads and Rupture Discs, provide reliable relief port solutions to protect against system over-pressure. Engineered to meet the needs of various pressure ranges, these safety heads come in three series - Low Pressure, Medium Pressure, and High Pressure - ensuring compatibility with Autoclave valves, fittings, and tubing. With pressure ratings reaching up to 110,000 psi, these safety heads feature non-rotating double-cone plug designs that prevent galling and scoring during installation, reducing the risk of leakage. Interchangeable hold-down rings allow for versatility in using different rupture discs, accommodating pressure ranges from 90 to 60,000 psi. Designed for easy installation in standard Autoclave fittings, these safety heads are crafted from durable materials like Type 316 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and longevity.
