The Ball Type NPT Nipple Fixed Flow Controls feature a parallel arrangement of a ball check valve and precision orifice, allowing free flow in one direction and metered flow in the other. Crafted from durable 303 SS material with a 304 SS ball and Loctite 609/680 seal, these controls offer precision with a nominal orifice size of 0.016 in and a high-pressure capacity of up to 2000 psig. Designed for liquids and gases, they provide air flow of 346 to 662 ft³/h and water flow of 0.8 to 1.6 gpm. With tamperproof orifice and long-life operation, these controls ensure reliability and performance for diverse applications.
