The Bird Precision RB82268 Series Stainless Steel Male x Female National Pipe Thread (NPT) Orifice Connector Fitting is designed for precise orifice installations in system hardware, tailored for elevated pressures where optimal flow orientation is key. This male to female stainless steel adapter fits 1/4" NPT thread size and offers compatibility with three orifice series ranging from 0.0004" to 0.081". Featuring a Sapphire Conical Vee-Hole design wire lapped for uniformity, this connector is an excellent choice for applications requiring low flow and high pressures. Additionally, optional single or dual filtration is available upon request to the Bird staff for enhanced customization.

Ask the Bird staff for more information on filters.This Conical Vee Entry Orifice series is also wire lapped to insure uniformity of the holes roundness, surface finish and sharp edges.This orifice series is usually a good choice for applications that require both low flow and or higher pressures. Sizes range from 0.002" up thru 0.033".
