The Bird Precision RB82268 Series Stainless Steel Male x Female NPT Orifice Connector Fitting offers precise installation of orifices in system hardware for various pressures. With an Inner Diameter (I.D.) of 0.0580 inches and an Outer Diameter (O.D.) of 0.118 inches, this fitting is designed for 1/4" NPT threads. It features a Sharp Edge Ruby Straight-Hole orifice style laser drilled and wire lapped for sharp edges and roundness, making it ideal for high-pressure applications up to 5000+ psi. Choose from orifice sizes ranging from 0.0004" to 0.081" for different flow requirements. Additionally, optional single or dual filtration is available upon request for added customization.

Ask the Bird staff for more information on filters.This Sharp Edge Ruby Orifice series is also laser drilled and wire lapped to insure sharp edges, roundness and repeatability.This orifice series is a good choice for higher pressure and higher flow applications. The orifice is more robust and the orifice range extends up to 0.081".
