The Bird Precision RB82306 Series Stainless Steel Gland/Gasket Connector Orifice is designed for clean face seal connections in stainless tube applications. With an inner diameter of 0.0140 inches and a diameter of 0.475 inches, this product ensures reliable seals against both faces of the disc. The sharp edge ruby straight-hole orifice provides low flow, accuracy, and repeatability with a micron series starting at 7.5 microns. Laser-drilled and wire-lapped for roundness and sharp edges, this orifice connector offers high performance and durability. It comes complete with a centering clip for easy assembly.

For 1/4" stainless tube applications the standard material is nickel. This gasket comes with a silver plate which helps resist galling. This gasket comes with our sharp edge ruby series in sizes from 0.0004" thru 0.035". Please refer to the drop down screen below for available sizes and orifice part numbers. It may be possible to customize this part for your unique application needs.The material can be nickel/silver plate, stainless and stainless/silver plateThis Sharp Edge Ruby Orifice series is laser drilled and wire lapped to insure Roundness, surface finish and sharp edges.This orifice series is a good choice where the designer requires low flow, accuracy and repeatability. This orifice series has a complete micron series starting at 7.5 microns.
