The Bird Precision RB82318 Series Plastic Orifice Union is a high-performance compression union designed for 1/4" plastic or stainless tubing. Featuring a PVDF insert and Sapphire conical vee orifice, this union is optimized for elevated pressure applications. The orifice is wire lapped for precision, ensuring roundness, surface finish, and sharp edges. With an inner diameter of 0.0065 in and outer diameter of 0.087 in, this union is suitable for low flow and high-pressure applications, with pressures ranging from under 150 psi to above 5000 psi. Sizes available from 0.002" up to 0.033".
