The RB82434 Series Stainless Steel Male x Male NPT Orifice Connector Fitting by Bird Precision offers precise installation of orifices into system hardware, ideal for applications requiring high pressure tolerance. With an inner diameter of 0.0065 inches and outer diameter of 0.087 inches, this fitting is designed for 1/4" NPT threads. Featuring a Sapphire Conical Vee-Hole design wire-lapped for uniformity and sharp edges, it provides excellent flow control for low flow and high-pressure scenarios. Available in sizes from 0.0004" to 0.081", this connector also offers optional single or dual filtration for added functionality.

Ask the Bird staff for more information on filters.This Conical Vee Entry Orifice series is also wire lapped to insure uniformity of the holes roundness, surface finish and sharp edges.This orifice series is usually a good choice for applications that require both low flow and or higher pressures. Sizes range from 0.002" up thru 0.033".
