The Blue Pyrotex Knit Firesleeve features a self-extinguishing silicone polymer coating over high-quality texturized fiberglass, providing outstanding thermal protection for hoses, wires, and cables in industrial applications. With a continuous working temperature of 500°F and the ability to resist molten metal splash and direct flames, this firesleeve enhances safety and extends the service life of components. It meets UL 94 HB and UL 94V-0 requirements, is REACh & RoHS compliant, and offers bulk lengths for reduced scrap and short lead times.

Pyrotex Firesleeve withstands continuous exposure up to 500ºF and short-term exposure up to 2200ºF, is self-extinguishing and will not burn, or support combustion, and does not emit toxic smoke. This product displays excellent resistance to common industrial, automotive, and marine fluids, and provides lines with good protection against mechanical wear.
