The Brass SAE 45 Degree Flare Adapter is a precision metal orifice designed for high-pressure applications in process instruments and hydraulic systems. Made of durable brass, this adapter ensures a secure connection with 1/8" NPT Male on one end and SAE 45 DEG #4; 7/16"-20 Male on the other end. With a maximum operating pressure of 2000 psig and a precise orifice diameter of 0.0940 in (±0.0005 in accuracy), this adapter guarantees bi-directional flow, repeatable orifice size, and predictable flow rate. Ideal for various compression fittings and hydraulic circuits with SAE flare connections.
