The Canvas Phenolic Rod - NEMA CE Natural, ground from sheet, meets FED. SPEC. LP-509A Type II/CE, MIL-P-15035FBE, and MIL-I-24768/14 Type FBG standards. This industrial phenolic laminate is crafted by applying heat and pressure to layers of canvas cloth impregnated with synthetic thermosetting resins. With exceptional physical strength, high impact resistance, and excellent electrical properties, these rods are ideal for mechanical and electrical applications, offering ease of fabrication and maintenance. Canvas-based phenolics provide good wear resistance, low moisture absorption, and robust mechanical strength, making them perfect for structural supports, piston rings, gears, spacers, and bearing surfaces.
