The Canvas Phenolic Sheet is a durable thermoset composite that meets FED. SPEC. LP-509A TYPE II/CE, MIL-P-15035FBE, and MIL-I-24768/14 TYPE FBG standards. Manufactured by applying heat and pressure to layers of medium weave cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resins, this sheet offers exceptional physical strength, resiliency, and electrical properties. With dimensions of 48 x 96 inches and a thickness of 1.750 inches, it boasts tensile strengths of 11000 psi (lengthwise) and 9000 psi (crosswise), making it ideal for structural supports, gears, and bearing surfaces.
