The Canvas Phenolic Sheet is a durable thermoset composite material meeting FED. SPEC. LP-509A TYPE II/CE, MIL-P-15035FBE, and MIL-I-24768/14 TYPE FBG standards. This sheet offers exceptional physical strength, resiliency, and electrical properties, making it ideal for various mechanical and electrical applications. With a medium weave cotton cloth fabric combined with phenolic resins, it provides good wear resistance, low moisture absorption, and high mechanical strength for structural supports, gears, bearings, and more. Its impressive characteristics include a Rockwell Hardness of M100, high tensile and flexural strength, and a maximum operating temperature of 257°F.
