Champion Mix® Epoxy Adhesive is a high-performance, two-part resin system formulated to provide a permanent bond for fittings and joints in fiberglass reinforced epoxy conduit. Suitable for use with pultruded polyester and vinyl ester components, it offers a temperature range of 21ºC and up, with an approximate curing time of 30 to 45 minutes. Each cartridge includes resin, hardener, and a static mixer. Fast Gel options are available for quicker setting. Ensure visual grey consistency for proper mixing. Ideal for industrial applications requiring strong, lasting adhesion.

General Information

The "Fast Gel" adhesives can be specified by adding the suffixes, "FG" or "SFG" to the part numbers. Because the "Fast Gel" and "Super-Fast Gel" adhesives set up quicker, additional mixing tubes may be required.

Proper mixing can be visually ascertained when the epoxy mixture is evenly gray.
