The Champion Mix® epoxy adhesive system is a cutting-edge solution for bonding fittings and joints of fiberglass reinforced epoxy conduit, as well as pultruded polyester and vinyl ester components. This two-part epoxy resin system boasts a temperature range starting at 21ºC, with an approximate curing time of 30 to 45 minutes. Each cartridge includes the necessary resin, hardener, and a plastic static mixer. Designed for durability, this adhesive sets quickly for efficient application, ensuring a secure bond that withstands the test of time. General Information
The "Fast Gel" adhesives can be specified by adding the suffixes, "FG" or "SFG" to the part numbers. Because the "Fast Gel" and "Super-Fast Gel" adhesives set up quicker, additional mixing tubes may be required.
Note
Proper mixing can be visually ascertained when the epoxy mixture is evenly gray.
