The ChemGuard Fluoropolymer Heat Exchanger from Process Technology is a robust solution designed to eliminate stray currents in tanks, ensuring excellent chemical compatibility and rugged performance for heating or cooling applications. Constructed with FEP, PFA, or PTFE fluoropolymer materials, this heat exchanger features a heavy-duty CPVC mounting bracket for enhanced durability. With heavy wall tubing for improved circulation and reduced pressure drop, it offers outstanding performance. The integral inlet/outlet connections minimize leaks, while its non-conductive nature enhances safety by eliminating stray currents in the tank. Available in various sizes and with options like anti-floatation brackets and custom configurations, the ChemGuard ensures leak-free operation and efficient heat transfer.

RUGGED CONSTRUCTION: All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) construction with a heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. Heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop. Larger coils constructed of 1/2 inch (13 mm) tubing, smaller coils have 1/4 inch (7 mm) tubing. LEAK FREE OPERATION: Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections greatly reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation. NON-CONDUCTIVE: Eliminates stray currents in the tank. PRESSURE RATING: Standard coils are made from FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) and rated up to 30 PSI steam service. PFA (Perfluoroakoxy resin) coils are available for steam service up to 60 PSI. 10 PSI minimum steam pressure required for operation. SIZES: 2.25 ft2 to 46.5 ft2 of exchange area standard. OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory): Anti-floatation brackets. Special manifold connections. Custom and bottom style configurations. Dual coils for both heating and cooling.

Vacuum breakers recommended for fluoropolymer heat exchanger steam heating installations. Please consult factory regarding pressure reduced steam applications.
