The CHT 13500 cps Viscosity Moldmaking Silicone Kit is a premium two-component, condensation cure silicone material designed for molding intricate patterns, skin molding, and creating tough rubber applications. With a durometer Shore A rating of 18 duro, this silicone offers excellent physical properties including a tensile strength of 420 psi, elongation of 500%, tear strength of 115 ppi, and a viscosity of 13500 cps. Its low viscosity, fast demold time, and 25-minute work life make it ideal for various applications such as molds for polyester, polyurethane, epoxy resin castings, prototypes, as well as sculpture and figurine molds. This kit includes a 5-gallon pail kit with the standard QM Cat Purple catalyst and options for additional catalysts like QM Cat Blue, QM Cat Red, QM Cat Clear, and various thixotropic catalysts.
