    Chain (lifting, tie down, load chain, hand chain) is not eligible for return except when it is unused, in the original manufacturers packaging and in the same configuration as received, as defined by CMCO. Drums will only be accepted if they contain the original, continuous length chain initially supplied. Chain pieces are not eligible for return. Returned chain must be clean and free of corrosion. A packing list with the exact specifications of the chain being returned must be filled out and sent with the product. All returns must comply with the standard CMCO, Returned Goods (RGA) process.
