The Compact CPR-1 Pressure Regulator is a high-performance regulator designed for precise pressure control in applications requiring low internal volume. With an internal dead volume of less than 4cc, this regulator ensures rapid purging, making it ideal for analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas applications. Built with 316L stainless steel body material and PCTFE seat material, it can handle inlet pressures of up to 6000 psi and operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 175°F. The regulator offers adjustable outlet pressure ranges, bubble-tight shutoff, and Cv flow coefficients of 0.025, catering to diverse pressure control needs.
