The CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is a compact and efficient solution featuring internal design elements from the proven PR-1 Series. It is ideal for precise pressure control in applications requiring small size and low internal volume, such as analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas doping. With an internal dead volume of less than 4cc, it offers gas and liquid service, bubble-tight shutoff, and adjustable outlet pressure ranges. This regulator can handle inlet pressures up to 6000 psi and operate in temperatures ranging from -40ºF to +500ºF. The product is constructed with high-quality materials like 316L Stainless Steel and PCTFE, ensuring reliability and durability.
