The Compact CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is designed for precise pressure control in applications requiring a small size and low internal volume. Ideal for analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas applications, it features a low internal dead volume, adjustable outlet pressure ranges, and bubble-tight shutoff. Built with 316L Stainless Steel body and Tefzel seat material, it can handle gas or liquid services with inlet pressures up to 3600 psig and operating temperatures from -40 to 150°F. With a Cv flow coefficient of 0.025, this regulator ensures optimal performance and reliability.
