The Compact CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator offers optimal performance in applications requiring small size and low internal volume. With a compact design and internal dead volume less than 4cc, this regulator is ideal for rapid purging in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor doping gas applications. It features adjustable outlet pressure ranges, bubble-tight shutoff, and a Cv flow coefficient of 0.025, ensuring precise pressure control. Constructed with 316L stainless steel body material and PCTFE seat material, this regulator can handle inlet pressures of up to 6000 psig and operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 175°F. The CPR-1 Series meets stringent industry standards for performance and reliability.
