The Compact CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is a high-performance regulator designed for precise pressure control in applications requiring low internal volume. With a maximum operating pressure of 3600 psig and adjustable outlet pressure ranges, this regulator ensures reliable gas or liquid service. Its internal dead volume of less than 4cc allows for rapid purging in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor doping gas applications. The regulator features a bubble-tight shutoff, Cv flow coefficients ranging from 0.025 to 0.20, and a durable construction using 316L Stainless Steel and Tefzel® materials. Operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 66 ºC make it suitable for diverse environments.
