The Compact CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is a high-performance regulator designed for precision pressure control in applications requiring low internal volume. Ideal for analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas applications, it features a compact design with an internal dead volume of less than 4cc. With adjustable outlet pressure ranging from 0 to 500 psig, and operating temperatures from -40 to 150°F, this regulator offers reliable bubble-tight shutoff and Cv flow coefficients of 0.06.
