The Compact CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is a high-performance regulator ideal for precision pressure control in applications requiring low internal volume. With a compact design and internal dead volume of less than 4cc, this regulator ensures rapid purging in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas doping. It features a durable 316L stainless steel body, Tefzel® seat material, and a bubble-tight shutoff for reliable operation. With adjustable outlet pressure ranges, operating temperatures from -40ºC to +150ºF, and a flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.025, the CPR-1 Series is designed to meet the stringent demands of various industries.
