The Compact CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is a high-performance regulator designed for precise pressure control in applications requiring low internal volume. With internal dead volume less than 4cc and a versatile range of adjustable outlet pressures, this regulator is ideal for analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas doping. Made of 316L Stainless Steel with a High density Teflon® seat, it ensures reliable operation in gas or liquid services. Operating at temperatures from -40 to 66°C with a max pressure of 3600 psig, it offers bubble-tight shutoff and Cv flow coefficients of 0.06, providing exceptional control and durability.
