The Compact CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is designed for precise pressure control in applications requiring low internal volume. With internal dead volume less than 4cc, this regulator offers rapid purging capabilities for analytical instruments and semiconductor doping gas applications. Made of 316L Stainless Steel with Tefzel® seat material, it ensures durability and reliability. With adjustable outlet pressure ranges of 0-750 psig and a Cv flow coefficient of 0.025, this regulator guarantees efficient performance. Operating at temperatures from -40º F up to +500º F, it provides bubble-tight shutoff for enhanced safety.
