Ideal for precise pressure control in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor doping gas applications, the CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators feature a compact design with internal dead volume less than 4cc. With a sturdy construction utilizing 316L Stainless Steel body and PCTFE seat material, these regulators offer adjustable outlet pressure ranges up to 500 psig, operating temperatures from -40 to 175°F, and inlet pressures up to 6000 psig. The bubble-tight shutoff and Cv flow coefficients ensure reliable performance in gas or liquid services.
