The CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators offer precise pressure control in a compact design suitable for applications requiring low internal volume. With internal dead volume less than 4cc, these regulators are ideal for analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas doping. Built from high-quality materials such as 316L Stainless Steel and High density Teflon®, they can handle inlet pressures up to 6000 psi and temperatures ranging from -40 to 500°F. The regulators ensure bubble-tight shutoff and come with adjustable outlet pressure ranges to meet diverse operational needs. With Cv flow coefficients ranging from 0.025 to 0.20, these regulators provide reliable performance.
