The CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators offer precise pressure control for analytical instrumentation and semiconductor applications. With a compact design and low internal volume, these regulators ensure rapid purging and optimal performance. Features include a dead volume less than 4cc, gas or liquid service capability, inlet pressures up to 6000 psi, adjustable outlet pressure ranges, and a wide operating temperature range. The regulator provides bubble-tight shutoff and Cv flow coefficients of 0.025, 0.06, and 0.20, making it ideal for diverse industrial settings.
