The Compact CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are designed with a focus on efficiency in pressure control for applications requiring a small footprint and low internal volume. Built with the same reliable internal design features as the PR-1 Series, these regulators offer a compact solution for precise pressure management. With internal dead volume of less than 4cc, these regulators are ideal for analytical instrumentation and semiconductor doping gas applications. They feature a durable construction with body and seat materials made of 316L Stainless Steel and PEEK, ensuring longevity and reliable performance. Operating at pressures up to 6000 psi and temperatures ranging from -40º F to +500º F, these regulators provide bubble-tight shutoff and Cv flow coefficients ranging from 0.025 to 0.20.
