The Compact CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are precision-engineered for efficient pressure control, featuring a low internal volume for rapid purging. With applications in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor processes, these regulators offer versatile gas or liquid service with an internal dead volume of less than 4cc. Operating at pressures up to 6000 psi and temperatures ranging from -40º F up to +500º F, they ensure bubble-tight shutoff and Cv flow coefficients of 0.025, 0.06, and 0.20. Crafted from high-quality materials like 316L Stainless Steel and PCTFE, these regulators deliver superior performance and durability.
