The CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulators offer a compact design with high performance ideal for applications requiring precise pressure control. With a low internal volume for rapid purging, these regulators are perfect for analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas applications. Featuring adjustable outlet pressure ranges, bubble-tight shutoff, and a Cv flow coefficient of 0.06, the CPR-1 Series ensures reliable and accurate pressure regulation. Constructed with 316L Stainless Steel body material and PCTFE seat material, these regulators can handle inlet pressures of up to 6000 psig and operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 175 °F. The design also includes standard port configurations and a Tefzel Seal Ring for enhanced durability.
