The CPR-1 Series Pressure Regulator offers precise pressure control with a compact design suitable for applications requiring low internal volume. Constructed with 316L Stainless Steel, it ensures durability and reliability in gas or liquid services. With an adjustable outlet pressure range of 0 to 25 psig and an internal dead volume of less than 4cc, it enables quick purging in analytical instrumentation and semiconductor gas doping. This regulator also features a bubble-tight shutoff, operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 175°F, and Cv flow coefficients for efficient performance.
