The CPVC Gauge Isolator with PTFE Diaphragm and included 2.5" Economy Gauge is designed to protect and isolate pressure sensing instruments effectively. Featuring an impermeable PTFE diaphragm for accurate pressure transmission, stainless steel reinforced instrument connection, and a reinforced process connection for durability. This isolator meets ANSI Schedule 120 wall thickness standards and features a low profile design to eliminate dead volume. With a self-venting internal shape for easy filling, integral wrench provisions for field service, and a replaceable diaphragm, this isolator is a reliable solution for pressure management needs.

Scope 0
The Marquest Gauge Isolator provides two fluid chambers separated by an impermeable membrane. The upper chamber (instrument side) is normally filled with a stabilized liquid. The lower chamber receives the media under pressure. Most pressure sensing devices are compatible with 1/4" FNPT outlet. The inlet is standard 1/2" FNPT or 1/4" FNPT. Chemical resistance and purity levels are as recommended for the base materials. No metals or lubricants are used in construction, internally or externally. Custom membranes may be supplied upon request.
