For more secure locations our customers choose the 1620 Surface Mount Lane Barrier or Spring Loaded Auto Spikes for greater control without trenching. Lane breach deterrence is best achieved with mechanically-linked Surface Mount Auto Spikes, or the Steel Rotating Lane Barrier provide a more formidable perimeter, complete with required warning signs and signal lights. The optional Backup Battery means no property will be out of commission in the event of a power outage.A host of experience-born features ensure DKS products serve all types of locations, from industrial and commercial properties, gated communities, residence halls and apartment complexes, retail parking, rental car garages, self storage facilities, schools, government agencies and more. The DKS Pedestrian Protection System reduces liability by watching out for people in the path of the arm while the Reversible Edge Vehicle Awareness Sensor prevents damage when vehicles havenât cleared the flow point. Mountable on the left or right, DKS Traffic control products also offer Back Up Detection, Perimeter Access Management to sequence with Swing and Slide Gate Operators, and of course, Gate Tracker Reporting to know about the who, where, when of traffic traveling in and out of the property. With all the features to keep you moving forward, it's DKS.A typical system will require the 1603 Operator, a Drive Extension, Tunnel Section(s) as needed, Spike Section(s) as needed, and an end cap.
