Working Principles Working Principles
The DP® CONTRA Pin Mill works really well because it has two special rotating discs with pins on them. These discs spin in opposite directions-one on the the machine side,and the other on door side where material feeds into the centre of the mill. the discs are driven at extremely high speed and it can operate at speeds up to 240m/sec at the outermost rows of pins, which is perfect for processing brittle materials, the speed can be adjusted to go slower, allowing for precise control over how finely the material is processed.The big chamber in the mill creates a centrifugal powerful force that helps process materials even if they're wet, oily, sticky, or absorb moisture easily. This ensures everything gets mixed evenly without sticking to the pins or the chamber walls. Also, we can use liquid nitrogen to permit cryogenic milling of heat-sensitive materials such as spices. because of its special ability to use cryogenic milling, this machine can keep almost all of the fragrant oils in spices, up to 97%. It also preserves the fats in the spices, making the powdered spices taste much better and smell more aromatic compared to regular processing methods.Suitable for the requirements of various manufacturing sectors,especially pharmaceuticals, minerals, chemicals, food and drinks, cosmetics, and recycling. It can handle all sorts of materials, from easy to really tough ones, and turn them into high-quality powder without any lumps.
