The DualVee® Size 1 Single Edge Drilled Guide Rail is a reliable linear guide designed with 90º vee way surfaces for optimal compatibility with DualVee® guide wheels. Made of induction hardened AISI 1045 Carbon Steel, this 36.50-inch rail features 19 0.156" diameter mounting holes for convenient installation. The integrated mounting shoulder ensures precise alignment while the material below remains soft for customization. Ideal for various applications, it comes polished, oiled, and can be finished with black oxide, thin dense chrome, or nickel plating upon request.
