The DualVee® Size 2 Carbon Steel Single Edge Drilled Guide Rail is designed for precision and durability. Featuring 90º vee way surfaces, this rail is compatible with DualVee® guide wheels. Induction-hardened to a minimum of Rc 53, it offers exceptional durability while allowing for easy machining below the mounting shoulder. With 25 0.203" diameter mounting holes and an integrated mounting shoulder, this rail ensures rapid alignment during installation. Made of 1045 Carbon Steel, meeting American Iron and Steel Institute standards, it is ideal for a wide range of guiding applications. Options for black oxide, thin dense chrome, or nickel plating are available. Customize hole patterns and lengths are also possible upon request.
