The Dunkermotoren PLG Series 25 Gearbox is a high-performance low backlash servo planetary gearbox designed for long working life exceeding 20,000 hours. With an IP 52 standard protection class and optional IP 54/IP 65, this gearbox offers superior efficiency and durability. Featuring a reduction ratio of 25 and continuous torque of 7 N·m in S8 operation mode, it ensures reliable performance with high torque, low weight, and vibration resistance.

Planetary gearboxes (PLG) have the highest continuous torque capacity of all types of gearbox; at the same time they have a very compact design, low weight and excellent gear efficiency of typically 97%. For our planetary gearboxes there are, depending on customer requirements, a variety of different materials combinable, whereby continuous torques reach up to 130 Nm, and ratios from 4:1 to 512:1 are available.
