The H5800 Type Checkered Cover Sidewalk Box is constructed with durable cast aluminum, making it ideal for heavy pedestrian traffic areas like sidewalks, walkways, bridges, dams, and airports. Its flush-mount design, neoprene gasket, and stainless steel fastenings ensure weatherproof and secure installation. The cross-ribbed checkered cover provides a non-slip surface, suitable for high foot traffic. Flanges and covers are easily interchangeable without disrupting the conduit system, offering efficient maintenance. For added durability against H20 loading, galvanized checkered covers are available upon request.
