The DurableX Fluoropolymer Heat Exchanger features a robust design that eliminates stray currents in tanks, ensuring excellent chemical compatibility and rugged performance for all heating or cooling applications. Constructed with high-quality fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) materials, it includes a heavy-duty CPVC mounting bracket for added durability. The heavy wall tubing enhances circulation, reduces pressure drop, and ensures optimal performance. With options for standard FEP coils rated up to 30 PSI steam service or PFA coils for steam service up to 60 PSI, this heat exchanger is designed for efficiency and reliability. Integral inlet/outlet connections reduce leaks, while the non-conductive design further enhances safety.

RUGGED CONSTRUCTION: All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) construction with a heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. Heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop. Larger coils constructed of 1/2 inch (13 mm) tubing, smaller coils have 1/4 inch (7 mm) tubing. LEAK FREE OPERATION: Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections greatly reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation. NON-CONDUCTIVE: Eliminates stray currents in the tank. PRESSURE RATING: Standard coils are made from FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) and rated up to 30 PSI steam service. PFA (Perfluoroakoxy resin) coils are available for steam service up to 60 PSI. 10 PSI minimum steam pressure required for operation. SIZES: 2.25 ft2 to 46.5 ft2 of exchange area standard. OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory): Anti-floatation brackets. Special manifold connections. Custom and bottom style configurations. Dual coils for both heating and cooling.

Vacuum breakers recommended for fluoropolymer heat exchanger steam heating installations. Please consult factory regarding pressure reduced steam applications.
