The Durair II Pneumatic Actuator is engineered for precision performance in demanding industrial environments. With a cycle life of 1 million cycles, this actuator features low friction bearings, polished bore, and precision machined gears for smooth operation. It is epoxy coated for durability and can operate with dry or lubricated air. Tested to ASTM B117-73 for 500 hours salt spray, this actuator boasts an anodized body (ASTM 6063) or nickel-plated finish. It meets NAMUR and ISO dimensions for easy valve mounting, with shaft variations available for direct mounting. Operating at 40 to 120 psig and -4°F to 180°F, it suits a range of applications with media such as dry air, non-corrosive gas, inert gas, and light hydraulic oil. The Durair II is a reliable solution with a rotation of 90°.
